Fearfully and Wonderfully Made

Named for Psalm 139:14, Fearfully and Wonderfully Made centers on the conviction that the body possesses an innate capacity to heal. The practice emphasizes natural healing through dietary counseling, nutritional therapy and education, and a whole-systems approach that balances the “Trinity of Health”—nutritional, structural and emotional factors—to address recurring aches, allergies and other imbalances without one-time fixes.

Co-founded in 2009 by Mark Zumhagen, MD, the clinic's team includes nurse practitioners Emerald Estacio, Jennifer Truhlar and Victoria Woodard, and chiropractor Diana Gnat, DC. The practice in Orland Park combines supplement guidance, posture and structural care, and emotional support to help patients pursue long-term wellness and preventive health.
