ESP Massage & Bodywork

ESP Massage & Bodywork is a dedicated center for rest, relaxation, and rejuvenation. The spa offers a specialized selection of professional treatments designed to address various client needs, ranging from gentle relaxation to targeted therapeutic relief.

Among its core offerings is the Simply Swedish massage, widely recognized as a premier choice for relaxation. This treatment features long, flowing strokes toward the heart utilizing gentle pressure. For those seeking a tailored approach, the Integrative Therapeutic massage provides a customized blend of modalities—including traditional Swedish corrective strokes, trigger point work, and Reiki—with mild, moderate, or firm pressure to effectively relieve layers of tension and stress. This service utilizes rice bran oil and Chinese Wood Lock oil to warm targeted areas, minimize post-massage soreness, and provide lasting soothing benefits, with alternative oils available upon request for allergies. Additionally, the spa offers Craniosacral Fascial Therapy, a unique and comprehensive massage combining cranial sacral, myofascial release, Thai, Shiatsu, and Reiki techniques to address both acute and chronic issues by releasing strain patterns within the muscles and fascia.

Across all treatments, clients undress to their comfort level, and professional draping is always employed to ensure a secure and comfortable environment.
