Elevate Spa MD

Elevate Spa is a full-service medical spa in Salinas positioned as a "one stop shop for all things beauty," blending medical-grade injectables with esthetician services under the tagline "Refined. Radiant. Rejuvenated." The practice is led by owner and nurse injector Griselda Castillo, RN, with medical oversight from Dr. Kristelle Lusby, a plastic surgeon serving as medical director who stays current with the latest aesthetic innovations. Injectable offerings include dermal fillers alongside skin rejuvenation through microneedling, complemented by wellness and weight-loss injections, IV therapy, and peptide treatments. The spa also provides laser treatments and airbrush spray tanning for clients preparing for special events. Its esthetician menu rounds out the experience with facials, chemical peels, waxing, lash extensions, massage, and body sculpting, plus a custom "Elevate Skin" skincare product line for at-home maintenance. With flexible financing through Cherry and CareCredit, Elevate Spa has positioned itself as an accessible, comprehensive beauty destination for Salinas Valley clients seeking both medical-grade treatments and traditional spa services under one roof.
