Dermatology Associates

Started in 1992 by Robert J. O’Brien, Dermatology Associates of Winchester has provided dermatology services for over two decades. The practice combines a multi-disciplinary clinical staff—six board‑certified dermatologists, three dermatologic surgeons, six physician assistants, two nurse practitioners, one laser nurse specialist, and more than 20 support staff—to deliver comprehensive care for adults and children. Dr. O’Brien, former chief of Dermatology at Winchester Hospital (1998–2011), leads a team that includes fellowship‑trained specialists and physicians who have taught at academic centers; three physicians were named to the 2023 Boston Top Doctors list. The clinic serves Winchester, Reading, Danvers and Melrose and emphasizes personalized, medically grounded dermatologic care within an established community practice.
