DermaBare

DermaBare is a medical spa in Laguna Niguel, California, located on Rancho Niguel Road inside a LifeTime Athletic facility, with spa access available to the public regardless of gym membership. The practice operates under the umbrella of the Tayani Institute, a Southern California group with expertise spanning ophthalmology, optometry, and plastic surgery, lending DermaBare a medically grounded foundation uncommon among standalone spas. That backing shows up in a treatment menu that blends core injectables and energy-based skin treatments with more advanced regenerative and surgical options. Clients are guided by staff, including registered nurse injectors, who emphasize personalized consultations to match each person with the most appropriate treatment path rather than a one-size-fits-all protocol. DermaBare's offerings range from CO2 laser resurfacing and RF microneedling platforms like Morpheus8 and EmbraceRF to PRP therapy, IV infusions, and even permanent makeup and select surgical procedures, giving Laguna Niguel clients access to both everyday maintenance treatments and more comprehensive aesthetic solutions within a single, wellness-oriented facility.
