Cool Renewal Med Spa

Cool Renewal Med Spa maintains two locations—a main South Charlotte office on Pineville‑Matthews Road and a Lake Norman clinic in Mooresville—having begun as one of the few U.S. spas originally specializing solely in CoolSculpting. The practice presents a results-driven, tailored approach to body contouring and longevity care, with body contouring specialists who follow patients through complete contouring journeys. Clinical leadership includes Ashley Underwood, MSN, FNP‑BC, a board‑certified family nurse practitioner with over 14 years’ experience who leads many clinical services and the Precision Longevity Program. Treatment rooms are designed for comfort, each featuring a state‑of‑the‑art relaxation chair, complimentary Wi‑Fi, and large flat‑screen TVs with first‑run movies and streaming apps.
