Club Beauty

Located in Cordova, Tennessee, within the Pure Beauty Building, Club Beauty is a dedicated medical spa offering a professional client experience. Dedicated to maintaining a secure and organized environment, the facility provides various client forms and policies online, including confidential medical profiles, consultation photos, HIPAA compliance documents, and client consent agreements.

Club Beauty prioritizes the well-being of its visitors by enforcing specific health and safety measures during appointments. Clients are asked to review safety guidelines, wear masks during treatments (with exceptions for lip or facial services where extra masks are provided upon entry), and sanitize their hands both upon entry and after the session. To maintain a safe environment, the med spa asks that visitors attend appointments alone without bringing family, children, or friends, and maintain minimal conversation and contact during services.

Club Beauty ensures seamless communication by responding to all emails within 24 hours. Clients can easily connect with the team, book appointments, view portfolios, explore payment plans, and review frequently asked questions.
