Ceena's Massage Education and Retail

Ceena's Massage, Education and Retail is a cozy, independently run massage studio in downtown Hays at 106 W. 12th Street. True to its name, the business operates on three fronts: providing customized, therapeutic massage services for clients, offering continuing education for practicing massage therapists, and running a retail counter of self-care products with personalized usage guidance for each item. The studio describes its approach as combining professional, holistic bodywork with warm hospitality and "a pinch of Western Kansas charm," reflected in its "Just Breathe" tagline. Rather than a large spa operation, Ceena's offers a more intimate, personal setting where clients can expect individualized attention and treatment tailored to their specific needs. For massage therapists in the region, the business also serves as a local resource for skill-building and professional development, rounding out its role as both a wellness destination and an education hub in Hays, Kansas.
