Brilliant Aesthetics LLC is a premier med spa located in Strongsville, Ohio, dedicated to helping clients become their own diamond. The practice offers a variety of non-surgical anti-aging and skin care treatments, ranging from medical-grade skin care to aesthetic injectables designed to help individuals feel refreshed, youthful, and flawless.

The expert team is led by founder Kimberly Enochs-Smith, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, a board-certified family nurse practitioner. With 23 years of healthcare experience at one of the nation's top hospitals, her extensive background spans medical, surgical, critical care, forensics, and ambulatory medicine, as well as education and the legal field. Driven by a passion for helping and teaching others, combined with a love for the cosmetic and skin care industry, she transitioned her career into aesthetic medicine.

The practice is further supported by Medical Director Dr. Bertram Prosser, MD. Dr. Prosser graduated from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City, completed his residency at the University of Arizona, and primarily practices emergency medicine. He brings extensive experience and specialized training in supervising medical aesthetic spas offering botox, fillers, and various aesthetic modalities.
