Boss Beauty LLC

Since 2016, Boss Beauty LLC has operated inside Salons by JC on Main Street, inspired by Anna Pepe, the family beautician known for her signature fedora and confident style. The practice combines more than 20 years of Nikki's professional experience—licensed cosmetologist and medical and non-medical tattoo artist—with a team approach that includes Kerri, operations manager and office manager, and Noelle, an Elizabeth Grady graduate and HydraFacial‑certified esthetician with seven years' experience. The clinic emphasizes a welcoming, home‑like experience, continual skill development, and a creative, expressive culture described as rough around the edges, goofy, raw, and accepting. Boss Beauty's esthetics division was added in 2021, underscoring an ongoing commitment to evolving services and client satisfaction.
