Boise Image Enhancement Centre was Idaho’s first med spa and, across more than 25 years in practice, has served over 60,000 clients. The clinic staffs physicians, Doctorates of Nursing Practice, Nurse Practitioners (NP‑C), and Registered Nurses, and is one of the few med spas in the Treasure Valley to maintain an on‑site medical director. Dr. Morgann Orm has been the medical director and owner since 1998 and completed her Doctorate in Nursing Practice in May 2018.

The practice’s nationally recognized providers emphasize a natural-looking, refreshed aesthetic and have created their own line of cosmetic and prescription medical‑grade skincare products. Located on W Overland Rd, the team positions the clinic as a long-standing regional center for medical aesthetics and ongoing professional training.
