Birch Spa & Boutique

Open seven days a week, 10am–7pm, Birch Spa & Boutique occupies a storefront on Crown Street in the Heart of Uptown. Since 2012 the practice has cultivated a calm space for healing and self-care under founder Ani Kaiser, a High Falls native and Licensed Massage Therapist who trained at the Swedish Institute and returned to the Hudson Valley. Kaiser lives locally with her daughter and directs a team of NYS‑licensed and registered massage therapists and estheticians.

The team combines diverse training—energy work, neuromuscular therapy, prenatal certification, and continuing education—with collaborative experience alongside physicians, chiropractors, and physical therapists. The clinic emphasizes individualized, intuitive sessions and a holistic approach to skin and body care for the Hudson Valley community.
