Beauty Lab

Two service tracks, one team, one standard of care anchors Beauty Lab, a med spa and skincare shop situated on Valley Road in Montclair. Every service is performed by a dedicated specialist, allowing clients to choose a single track or combine both for a complete approach to self‑care. The practice’s clinical team includes Crystal Pineiros, PA‑C, who leads the medical aesthetics track with a whole‑face perspective; Carla Pineiros, LE, founder and lead esthetician born in Quito, Ecuador, who curates the studio’s product selection and protocols; and Isabella Acosta, LE, who provides attentive, continuity‑focused esthetic care. Operated by appointment only, the studio offers private parking, ADA access, curated retail brands, and a structured consultation‑to‑follow‑up process.
