Awaken Aesthetics by April, LLC

April Bancarotta, owner and Board‑Certified Master Esthetician with 19 years' experience, built Awaken Aesthetics by April after more than a decade as a Medical Assistant in Lahey Clinic Hospital's Cardiology department. Her training includes The Elizabeth Grady School of Esthetics, Ayurvedic Medicine studies, coursework at the Aveda Institute in Soho, and the Master Esthetics Program at Catherine Hinds Institute. Having worked alongside plastic surgeons and medical spas, the practice emphasizes expert-level techniques paired with restorative calm; the owner also teaches as an Advanced Aesthetics Instructor at Stonhart Academy in Woburn. The clinic holds First Aid/CPR/AED certification through the American Red Cross and is a member of the Associated Skin Care Professionals, Aesthetic International Association and the National Coalition of Estheticians Association.
