Asthetikos Med Spa

Asthetikos Med Spa is a medical aesthetics practice in La Mesa, in San Diego County, California, founded by Sara Saco, RN. The spa positions itself as a destination for personalized cosmetic injectable treatments, built on the philosophy that clinical expertise and an artistic eye should work together to produce enhancements that look natural rather than overdone. Asthetikos takes a patient-centered approach, spending time to understand each client's individual features and goals before recommending treatment, with a stated mission of helping clients become, in the practice's words, 'you, but better.' Safety and client comfort are emphasized throughout the consultation and treatment process. The practice maintains a transparent, itemized price list, including per-unit neuromodulator pricing, and offers online booking through a patient management system. A before-and-after photo gallery on the website showcases completed injectable and rejuvenation work, giving prospective clients a clear sense of the results Asthetikos aims to achieve. The spa has built its reputation in the La Mesa area around approachable, confidence-boosting aesthetic care delivered by an experienced injector.
