Founder Ashley Jackson has been in the beauty industry since 2007 and shifted her focus to eyebrows in 2017, later expanding to two locations with a second site, Ashley Jackson Salon, opening in October 2024. The practice’s mission emphasizes an educational experience paired with exceptional customer service, enhancing natural beauty through highly trained artists and high-quality products.

Known for a bridal division built on more than 32 years of combined professional experience, the team includes specialists in brows, lashes, permanent makeup, hair, nails, facials, massage, locs and extensions. Since circa 2021 the business has evolved to meet brow and lash desires while promoting "Beauty. inside + out" to each guest.
