Ascent Laser Aesthetics

Founded and overseen by Dr. Kevin Coughlin, Ascent Laser Aesthetics is a state-of-the-art medical spa in East Longmeadow. The practice offers expert skin care and a range of non-surgical aesthetic services, delivered by clinicians with focused training in laser, radiofrequency, and light-based technologies. Dr. Coughlin earned a Licensed Esthetician credential after 300 hours of continuing education, trained with Hologic and Cynosure, authored The Non‑Surgical Guide to Aesthetics, and teaches through AMET. The clinic’s team also includes Dr. John Calabrese, a Tufts University School of Dental Medicine graduate and AMET instructor, and clinical aesthetician Rhonda Black, licensed in Massachusetts and Connecticut with advanced certifications in HydraFacial, microblading, and tattoo removal. The practice operates from a North Main Street location.
