Arukah Wellness

Arukah Wellness is a wellness sanctuary located at 1553 Hartnell Avenue in Redding, California, founded by Ashley Houchin and her team specifically to serve women. The practice was built around the founders' shared understanding of the unique challenges women face in balancing self-care with caregiving responsibilities, encapsulated in their guiding philosophy of 'we've been where you are.' Rather than functioning as a conventional med spa, Arukah blends massage and bodywork, skincare, and alternative wellness modalities into a single women-centered practice. Its team includes certified massage therapists, licensed estheticians, a nutritional therapy practitioner, and a clinical thermography technician, allowing the center to offer everything from relaxation and prenatal massage to breast thermography screening and pelvic health physical therapy. The center also hosts classes and community gatherings, reinforcing its identity as a gathering place for women at every stage of life, not solely a treatment provider. Operating by appointment Monday through Saturday, Arukah Wellness has distinguished itself in the Redding market through its integrative, whole-person approach to women's health and self-care.
