Artistic Edge Salon and Spa

A John Street Westminster location began in 2009 as Naill's Hair & Body Salon with six booth renters. Founder and CEO Shannon Jackson, who graduated from cosmetology school in June 1992 and built a loyal clientele across Carroll County, guided the gradual expansion and rebranding that became Artistic Edge Salon and Spa in 2014. Subsequent openings included an Eldersburg location tied to West End Hair Co., a Marriottsville salon in 2015, and a Mt. Airy salon in 2017. The practice currently supports more than 80 booth renters across four salons and operates under the motto "Where Style is Created." Artistic Edge Salon and Spa cites projected growth to over 200 salons nationwide.
