Alpenglow Aesthetique relocated to Snoqualmie Ridge, adjacent to Big Star in the Venture Commerce Center past No Boat Brewing and The Snoqualmie Hotel. The practice is a medical aesthetics clinic and IV drip lounge in a larger, elevated space that remains warm and welcoming. Founder and lead practitioner Erika Peschel is a board‑certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Washington State University and more than 17 years of experience across burn trauma, plastic surgery, IV teams, veteran care, family medicine and women’s health. The clinic begins every client relationship with a one‑on‑one consultation to design personalized plans and, as a boutique practice, emphasizes individualized, patient‑centric care that treats clients like family and supports peace in appearance and wellness.
