Advanced Aesthetics Group is a premier medical spa located in Montgomery, OH, dedicated to dermatology, aesthetics, wellness, weight loss, and specialized spa services. The practice offers a comprehensive range of advanced treatments, including skin clinic services, paramedical tattooing, botox, dermal fillers, lip augmentation, growth factors, microneedling, plasma pen, laser hair removal, IV therapy and vitamins, hydrafacials, facials, massage therapy, body treatments, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), and weight loss programs.

The medical spa is led by Dr. Renée E. Topala, DNP, DCNP, DCPNP, AGACNP-BC, a Doctor of Nursing Practice who graduated with honors from the University of Cincinnati. Dr. Topala’s extensive academic background includes undergraduate degrees in Biology, Psychology, and Nursing, as well as a Master of Science in Adult-Gerontology Acute Care. With an early clinical career rooted in critical care medicine, she transitioned into advanced clinical and cosmetic dermatology, hair restoration, hormone optimization, metabolic medicine, and aesthetic medicine. She completed advanced fellowship training in Dermatology, Pediatric Dermatology, Weight Loss Medicine, and Aesthetic Medicine, alongside neurobiology research at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. Board-certified by the ANCC, Dr. Topala provides expert, leadership-driven care rooted in rigorous training and professional excellence.
