About Faces, LLC

About Faces, LLC is a welcoming day spa located at 910 Kehrs Mill Road in Ballwin, Missouri, where owner and esthetician Kristen has been earning five-star client loyalty since 2010. Drawing on a decade of hands-on aesthetics experience, Kristen built the spa around a simple promise: every guest receives a treatment plan tailored specifically to their skin, not a one-size-fits-all menu. The practice specializes in medical-grade skincare services, including microdermabrasion, paired with professional product lines chosen to support long-term skin health between visits. Beyond individual appointments, About Faces offers private spa parties for weekend groups looking to celebrate in a relaxed, pampering setting. Clients consistently praise the team for recommending exactly what their skin needs rather than upselling unnecessary services, a hallmark of the personalized, friendly atmosphere Kristen has cultivated. With convenient online booking, monthly specials, and gift cards available, About Faces continues to serve the Ballwin community as a trusted neighborhood destination for approachable, results-driven skincare in a comfortable, judgment-free environment.
