About Face Medispa and Wellness

Kelly Warren, APRN FNP-C, brings more than forty years of nursing experience and eleven years as a Family Nurse Practitioner in oncology and hematology. About Face Medspa & Wellness presents itself as a boutique medical spa in Minden focused on a holistic, artistic approach to facial balancing and overall wellness. The practice emphasizes patient-centered care grounded in functional-medicine principles, empowering clients to take charge of health inside and out while fostering lasting relationships. Framed as a sanctuary, the clinic seeks to rekindle inner radiance through medical-grade skincare and wellness counseling, favoring natural rejuvenation rather than an overdone appearance. About Face serves residents across the Minden, Haughton, and Bossier City areas with an ongoing commitment to individualized care.
