A Moment Away

With three locations across central Connecticut in Southington, Plainville, and South Windsor, A Moment Away Spa operates under a guiding belief that well-being shouldn't be a luxury but a necessity for everyone. The spa delivers personalized, therapeutic treatments addressing individual wellness needs within a tranquil, calming environment featuring modern amenities like infrared saunas and meditation rooms with weighted blankets. This sanctuary-style approach, spread across three convenient locations, has made A Moment Away a go-to wellness destination throughout central Connecticut. The massage menu spans Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and prenatal options, alongside couples massage and the specialized Raindrop technique. Skincare offerings include signature and customized facials, preteen and teen facials, and dedicated head spa and scalp treatments. Acupuncture, extensive waxing services, and manicures and pedicures round out the menu, while spa party packages for bachelorette events and corporate retreats add a genuinely social dimension to the wellness experience.
