A Little Rest & Radiance

Based in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, and operated by Mary Kostuch, A Little Rest & Radiance is a massage therapy practice built around a simple, encouraging motto: take time for yourself. The practitioner's guiding philosophy holds that personal wellness is essential to caring for others and the broader community, an approach that shapes every session toward genuine, unhurried restoration rather than a rushed transaction. Essential oils and all-natural products feature throughout treatments, helping clients feel comfortable, relaxed, and genuinely radiant by the time each session ends. Certified through the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals organization, Mary brings professional credentialing to a practice that still feels deeply personal. The treatment menu spans hot stone and deep tissue massage alongside reflexology for both feet and hands, plus Reiki for clients seeking energy-based healing.
