5D WELLNESS

Located on Highway 65 NE in East Bethel, Minnesota, 5D Wellness is a women-owned recovery studio serving the surrounding metro area including Ham Lake, Blaine, and Anoka. Built around the philosophy of recovery, reset, and rejuvenation, the business emphasizes affordability, private treatment spaces, and 24/7 member access within a welcoming, locally-owned environment. A cold plunge supports nervous system reset, while the BioAcoustic crystal mat and salt halotherapy offer additional relaxation-focused options. Massage therapy and a curated line of wellness supplements, spanning recovery, energy, and hormone support, round out the offering.
