Founder Cecilia Lariba Bibio, MSN, CRNP, AGACNP-BC, is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and the visionary behind 1st CLAS Aesthetics & Health Care Services. The practice presents beauty with compassion and care with purpose, delivering personalized medical aesthetics and wellness care in a welcoming, professional environment. Cecilia brings more than 18 years of clinical nursing and advanced practice experience and leads an expert team focused on warm, professional service and individualized treatment planning. Located on N. Philadelphia Blvd, the clinic serves Aberdeen and neighboring communities and maintains weekend hours—Friday 10 AM–6 PM, Saturday 10 AM–4 PM, Sunday 2 PM–6 PM—with additional appointments by request. The practice emphasizes compassion, wellness, and client confidence.
