Founded in October 2020 by Karen Lyons Koch—a long-time Tampa Bay resident who opened the facility after finding personal relief from allergies and asthma—the spa's mission is to help clients breathe easier, feel better, and live well naturally. The facility offers a comprehensive menu of holistic services, including Dry Salt Therapy (Halotherapy), Infrared Sauna sessions, massage therapy, Reiki, reflexology, magnetic resonance therapy, and ionic foot detoxification. Additionally, the spa provides esthetician services, featuring Procell and Hydrafacial treatments alongside a complete selection of skin-care and body treatments utilizing the signature Farmhouse Fresh product line. Salt Essentials Wellness is supported by a passionate and experienced staff, including Frannie, a licensed massage therapist with over 30 years of training and experience in holistic health, spas, and chiropractic settings, who specializes in integrative therapeutic treatments.
