The Health Center offers chiropractic and wellness care, weight loss, and specialized treatment for auto accident cases, plantar fasciitis, and TMJ disorder led by Dr. Baxter, a Doctor of Chiropractic. The Day Spa side offers massage therapy, corrective skincare and facials, body treatments, hair removal, spray tanning, and spa parties. Additionally, the Med Spa at Revive—featuring Dr. Kathryn Neely, MD, along with nurses Gabrielle McLendon, NP-C and Melissa Smith, RN—specializes in anti-aging and skin rejuvenation. Services include Botox injectables, Microneedling with RejuvaPen®, Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) treatments, permanent makeup, true physician-strength chemical peels, and physician-strength skincare.
