The process begins by bringing the body back to its natural baseline to address challenges like poor sleep, inflammation, and blood sugar imbalances. Next, the studio helps clients move beyond feeling tired and stressed to unlock higher energy, focus, and performance. Finally, the focus shifts to enhancing active lifespan, keeping clients strong, mobile, and independent as they age. To help members target their wellness goals—such as eliminating pain, reducing visceral fat, improving cognitive function, and relieving stress—Renoja offers an AI-powered THRIVE Assessment that generates a personalized 30-page performance report. Members have access to a diverse array of services available through a simple membership, including red light beds, cryotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, compression, infrared renew saunas, PEMF, dry floating, halotherapy salt rooms, infrared sauna cocoons, and hands-free massage.
