The practice is led by a dedicated team of professionals, including owner and Doctor of Physical Therapy Cary S. Helton, PT, DPT, Dip. Osteopractic. Cary graduated from the University of South Alabama in 1998 and holds a Diploma in Osteopractic, specializing in advanced manual therapies and differential diagnosis for neuromusculoskeletal conditions. With over 28 years of experience treating patients in Mobile and Baldwin Counties, Cary is also a proud U.S. Navy veteran of the Gulf War. Co-owner and Director of Operations Tara Bearden brings more than 20 years of orthopedic industry experience to the practice, spanning marketing, office management, insurance, worker's compensation, and software implementation. Committed to the comfort and care of every patient, Tara works alongside team member Chico, the Director of Barke. Together, the team at Renew PT & Wellness is dedicated to helping clients live their best life.
