Located in Hilo, HI, Mermade Spa is a unique day spa and beauty bar founded in May 2009 by Lead Esthetician and Owner Iris Huddy. A Hilo native and graduate of Spa Luna Holistic Esthetics School, Huddy returned home to establish the spa, growing it from a single massage table behind curtains into a multi-treatment room establishment supported by a team of well-trained estheticians. Mermade Spa’s educated and highly trained professionals guide clients on customized experiences designed to promote deep relaxation and restoration. The spa offers a wide variety of specialized treatments, including facials featuring custom, hand-crafted organic blends suited for all skin types and concerns, as well as full-body waxing services ranging from eyebrow shaping to Brazilian bikinis. Additionally, the team specializes in natural-looking eyelash extensions, low-maintenance lash lifts, and customized brow enhancements.
