The practice is led by an expert team hand-selected for their craft. Dr. Richard Ma serves as the Medical Director and internal medicine physician. A graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the John A. Burns School of Medicine, Dr. Ma completed his training at the Cambridge Health Alliance Hospital affiliated with Harvard Medical School and is fully certified in neurotoxin and filler procedures. He collaborates closely with the team to achieve optimal aesthetic outcomes for patients. Diego DeMelo, RN, BSN, acts as the Lead Nurse Injector and Director of Aesthetic Services, bringing over 13 years of leadership experience spanning the aesthetic, intensive care nursing, and emergency care fields. Together, the LuxDerm Medspa team is dedicated to helping clients attain the smoother, younger, leaner, and healthier appearance they desire.
