Founded by a Minnesota native who navigated a personal skin care journey battling acne and hyperpigmentation from pre-high school through adulthood, the brand is rooted in real-life experience. After earning an advanced esthetician license, the founder realized the true importance of prioritizing skin health through consistent services and targeted product investment. Initially starting the business fresh out of esthetician school, the owner relocated to Dallas following the onset of the pandemic. Since moving to Texas, she has dedicated herself to refining her craft, learning new techniques, and building strong client connections. Driven by popular demand, she curated the signature "The GLO Up Facial," combining her favorite treatments to deliver exceptional results. As a small, independently owned business, Glo by Lo has experienced continuous growth, prompting a relocation to a more central location to better serve clients.
