Alongside her husband, Romar Morris—a former NFL athlete and personal trainer—they aim to share the knowledge gained from their extensive athletic and professional backgrounds to help clients thrive. Crowns Recovery Zone features a state-of-the-art facility offering a specialized menu of core wellness and recovery treatments, including IV Hydration, Whole Body Cryotherapy, Full-Spectrum Infrared Light Therapy, Compression Therapy, and Lipotropic-PLUS shots.
