Dr. Christina Hopkins is a board-certified dermatologist seeing patients in Saginaw, TX, who specializes in the prevention, detection, and treatment of skin cancer, alongside other disorders affecting the skin, hair, and nails. Dr. Hopkins earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Baylor University, graduating *summa cum laude* from the Honors Program and earning induction into the Phi Beta Kappa Society. She then earned her Doctor of Medicine from Baylor College of Medicine with honors, becoming a junior inductee into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. Following medical school, she completed an internal medicine internship at McGovern Medical School, followed by a dermatology residency at Baylor College of Medicine, where she served as Chief Resident during her final year. An active member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the Texas Dermatological Society, Dr. Hopkins is engaged in education and research, though she considers direct patient interaction to be the most rewarding part of her career. Outside of her medical practice, she enjoys singing, playing the piano, water skiing, tennis, pickleball, table tennis, traveling, and spending time with her husband and son.
